Graphic Service
We take care of your graphics. We can process the client's ideas, shape them and turn them into successful products for your communication.
Before going to print, the print documents are tested by our experts.

Sorting and repair
We do not just sell a product, but assist the customer to find the best solution. If products become worn out over time, our employees are ready to evaluate a possible repair to limit costs.

Logistics and Installation
Our material stocking policy allows us to supply any missing and/or broken parts quickly. Not to mention that our experts are available to perform on-site work, such as pouring plinths for the installation of your flag poles.

Customization

Serigraphy

Serigraphic printing is the most popular customization technique. It can be used to print logos, designs, patterns and graphics.

Pro:

• great results
• less limited printing size
• suitable for any type of fabric
• washable up to 50°C

Contra:

• expensive (<50pcs)

• suitable only for printing a few colors

 

Digital/Thermowelded

Digital printing is the ideal technique for colorful photos and patterns with different shades and hues. The graphics are first printed on a film and then fused to the fabric.

Pro:

• cheap for small to medium quantities
• very popular for small runs
• graphics printed with extreme precision
• both for light and dark fabrics
• soft to the touch
• washable up to 60°C

Contra:

• uneconomical for medium to large quantities
• restricted range of colors available for single-color graphics
• small objects can be printed with background only
• thickness >1mm

 

Direct digital printing

Direct digital printing on fabrics is used for reproductions of colorful graphics with different shades and hues. Customization is done with the latest generation of machines where it prints the design directly on the fabric.

Pro:

• water-based ink that is non-toxic and wash-resistant
• very good quality for complex graphics
• affordable for short runs
• print penetrates fabric resulting in soft-touch graphics

Contra:

• less economical than screen printing for large quantities
• attention to washing above 30°C

 

Sublimation

Sublimation printing is the ideal printing technique for printing on polyester garments. It is also a popular technique for short runs or for reproducing designs/photographs with extreme fidelity.

Pro:

• even for small runs
• fidelity for very complex drawings
• washable up to 90°C

Contra:

• usable only for white garments
• only for 100% polyester fabrics

 

Embroidery

Embroidery is the ideal personalization for clothing that you want to enhance. It is a very elegant and long-lasting customization.

Pro:

• high quality
• durability
• suitable for any background color
• washable up to 90°C

Contra:

• expensive printing equipment for small quantities
• only for small to medium size
• impossible to have shades
• thickness >5mm
