As a nurse, foot reflexology and lymphatic drainage therapist, I have many years of professional experience in both internal and external hospital settings. In addition, maintaining and developing the quality of lymphatic drainage and reflexology therapy is very important to me, which is why I am an active member of the Swiss Association for Manual Lymphatic Drainage and the Swiss Association for Reflexology. I also benefit from my training as a consultant.

Manual lymphatic drainage stimulates the lymphatic system throughout the body. It is a delicate, rhythmic, painless and slow form of massage that can be used to reduce swelling, relax and strengthen the immune system. For most cases of oedema, manual lymphatic drainage is supported with bandages and compression stockings.

Reflexology is a form of holistic bodywork that can be used using a special massage technique on the foot, hand or ear, for example, to support health and well-being in the event of complaints.
