The SILEA Foundation supports and accompanies adults with cognitive, mental or multiple impairments in the areas of living, leisure and work. We take into account psychological, physical and social issues, needs and wishes as well as the well-being of the community.

The SILEA Foundation is a service provider recognized by the federal government and the canton and works with various partner organizations in the social area of Thun and the canton of Bern.

More than 230 people with intellectual, psychological or multiple impairments work at the SILEA Foundation. In groups of up to eight employees, we also work on site for industry and commerce. We work in a goal- and results-oriented manner and provide a wide range of services for our customers.
