Test bikes

You are welcome to test your favorites during a consultation with us. If the right bike in your size is not available, we will be happy to organize this for you and arrange a test appointment. We will charge you CHF 60 for the test (shipping, cleaning, return). This amount will be credited back when you make a purchase.

Tools and pumps

A PB Baumann  station is available at the store for emergency repairs. If you lose air, we will be happy to help you free of charge and pump up your bike in the workshop. Brake pads, tubes and tires are available in the black box in front of the entrance if you are absent or closed,

General procedure for accepting repairs

We decide together what and which repairs we want to carry out on your bike

Repairs and service work are invoiced in detail. This means that we only charge you for the individual work steps - you don't pay a flat rate, but only for exactly what has been done
