As a partner company of the UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch we are committed to using mainly suppliers from the Entlebuch and thus implementing the idea of the biosphere.

Membership of the Guild established Swiss restaurateurs is a further incentive for us to pamper our guests with passion and a personal touch. The well-being of the guest is the focus at the Engel.
