What we offer

Our specialties include various types of rösti, Älplermagronen, raclette, and a hearty Büüreteller for afternoon tea. Of course, we also serve cheese burgers and hamburgers.

Plum cake, apple cake, Hasli cake... homemade cake is always a hit...

Where possible, we use products from Switzerland, sourced directly from farmers/distillers or even some from our own farm.

But PLEASE NOTE: we are only open in winter.

In summer, our cows are up on the Hääggen alp and the restaurant is closed. (Insider tip...the alpine farming family has a great self-service restaurant...so Hääggen is always worth a visit.)
