Our task includes the analysis of the existing building and the planning according to the needs and wishes of the client. Finding a solution is a process of questioning and analyzing. We are constantly in discussion with the client.

We take care of all planning phases from the preliminary project to execution and keep an eye on costs. We advise you on all issues relating to energy and sustainable construction.

New buildings

We consider the building as a complete system. Space heating requirements can be reduced through energy-efficient construction and thus CO2 emissions and heating costs.

In addition to architecture, building services also play a decisive role in creating an energy-efficient building. Structural measures such as thermal insulation - in winter and summer - influence the architecture, building orientation and living comfort.
