The Alder Treuhand AG is a service company that has been operating for over 40 years. The fiduciary office was founded by Karl Alder as a sole proprietorship in the 1970s. In 1985, Ueli Alder succeeded him and continued to run the company, initially alone and from 1993 together with Heinz Alder as a general partnership under the name Alder & Alder. The public limited company was founded in 2010. In 2016, Petra and Urs Niederer joined the company and just two years later in 2018, Petra and Urs Niederer took over the business.
