For years, we have been offering visual training at the Center for Perceptual Development ZWF Huttwil. For us, finding the balance in the autonomic nervous system between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems is part of our work, especially in the field of functional optometry. The AVWF® method developed by Ulrich Conrady, a new type of auditory system for audio-visual perception support, can help children and adults with reading and writing difficulties, attention deficit disorder (ADD), ADHD, speech development disorders, autistic traits, spasms and impaired motor skills, as well as improving speech comprehension, hearing and auditory processing disorders in adults and senior citizens.People with burnout, stress and depression symptoms also fall within the scope of AVWF support (see publications).

The AVWF® technology has the same goal as visual training, namely to stimulate the interaction of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve parts. The results from Germany and Switzerland show that success is achieved in a much shorter time than with other forms of stimulation. This shows that performance can be maintained without further exercise.
