EYE EXAMINATION
We use the latest technology to examine your eyes and check for any abnormalities so that you can be referred to your ophthalmologist for treatment at an early stage and in good time.
We use intraocular pressure measurement, computer tomography, retinal photography and a biomicroscope with 40x magnification to help identify and treat eye changes such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and dry eyes at an early stage.

Contact lenses

Fitting contact lenses is pure pleasure for you! First of all, we support and advise you on your desire to see everything clearly and unobstructedly.
We then create a personal 3D image of your eye surface and check the right lens shape for your eye geometry together.
The biomicroscope shows us the details and composition of your tear film at 40x magnification and we already know which contact lens material is best for you.
And of course we also combine your chosen contact lens type with the appropriate lens care product. Because the following applies: these two must fit perfectly as a pair.

For years, we have been offering visual training at the Center for Perceptual Development ZWF Huttwil. For us, finding the balance in the autonomic nervous system between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems is part of our work, especially in the field of functional optometry. The AVWF® method developed by Ulrich Conrady, a new type of auditory system for audio-visual perception support, can help children and adults with reading and writing difficulties, attention deficit disorder (ADD), ADHD, speech development disorders, autistic traits, spasms and impaired motor skills, as well as improving speech comprehension, hearing and auditory processing disorders in adults and senior citizens.People with burnout, stress and depression symptoms also fall within the scope of AVWF support (see publications).
The AVWF® technology has the same goal as visual training, namely to stimulate the interaction of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve parts. The results from Germany and Switzerland show that success is achieved in a much shorter time than with other forms of stimulation. This shows that performance can be maintained without further exercise.
