During his training as a TS Timber Construction Technician, Patrick Lanz completed a 1.5-year internship between each semester. These internships were often accompanied by more and sometimes less labor-intensive periods. The main reasons were often: that the infrastructure of the companies was never fully utilized and the material stores became outdated and confusing over time. Conversions and renovations often became too expensive and no longer competitive due to operational prefabrication and the resulting planning.

Construction has changed. Clients attend courses on the planned construction phases and want to be actively involved in the planning and execution. These insights led Patrick Lanz to start his own business in 2006 and found Mobile-Zimmerei. Thanks to his flexible working methods and structured organization, he is able to respond to customer requests and carry them out quickly. His success speaks for itself. Five full-time employees and two part-time employees now work for Mobile-Zimmerei GmbH.
