The EWS grid monitoring system automatically registers all events and supports the on-call service with targeted information in the event of a fault. Nevertheless, we are dependent on your valuable assistance. Please contact our EWS on-call service in the event of faults and unusual findings by calling 0800 335 335. More than 50 employees receive ongoing training and further training on how to react quickly and correctly in the event of faults. Six of them are constantly on duty and will deal with your request as quickly as possible.
