The EWS network monitoring system automatically records all events and supports the on-call service with specific information in the event of a fault. Nevertheless, we rely on your valuable assistance. Please contact our EWS on-call service in the event of faults and unusual findings on 0800 335 335. More than 50 employees receive ongoing training and further education to ensure they respond quickly and correctly in the event of faults. Six of them are on duty at all times and will deal with your request as quickly as possible.
