Scanning

Interested entrepreneurs who have recognized the potential of additive manufacturing but want to test the potential in their own company first can take advantage of a scanning service. During a scan, an engineer from Unlimital visits the desired company, analyzes its product portfolio, and evaluates the overall potential and/or individual parts with high potential for this process. The scanning is concluded with a final report, which, if potential is identified, leads to a workshop at Unlimital or to consulting and design support from Unlimital.

Workshop

Upon request, Unlimital trains the relevant departments, usually product development and design, on the potential, early recognition of potential, possibilities, added value, and design guidelines in metal additive manufacturing. This process in turn results in our production process and possibly also the consulting process again.

Consulting and design

To optimize the production process, increase quality, and reduce costs, Unlimital offers full support in product development and the design of additively manufactured components. At the customer's request, we will advise on optimizations, optimize and redesign or redevelop ourselves. Thanks to our latest measurement technology, we can also offer reverse engineering. This means that we can completely scan existing parts that are no longer manufactured, for which no drawings exist, or for which official replacement is not economical, and thus prepare them for 3D printing. This process is always followed by our production process.

Production of metal parts

Unlimital produces metal components to order and based on a 3D model (with drawing).

This production is based on the selective laser melting process, i.e., 3D printing. Whether it's a single order for a prototype, spare parts, or framework agreements for series parts, Unlimital is ideally equipped for both options.
