The Oberland Ost Music School is a modern, cantonally recognized music school offering a wide range of courses.
Forty qualified teachers instruct around 550 children, young people, and adults.
They actively participate in musical life and thus contribute to the cultural diversity of the region.
Music education is education, not consumption. Quality is the MSO's top priority.
Our teachers regularly undergo further training to maintain their artistic and pedagogical qualifications.
The supporting association is the highest authority responsible for the strategic development of the school.
It provides the MSO with political support in the municipalities.
The 27 municipalities in the region have joined together to form a simple association called Musikschulgemeinden Interlaken-Oberhasli (Interlaken-Oberhasli Music School Municipalities).
