• Cancellations or postponements of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance in person/by telephone

• You do not need an appointment to collect food, medication, worming, flea and tick medication during our regular opening hours.
Free customer parking is available directly at the practice: 2 open garages on the right on the first floor of the building and a short-term parking space right by the front door;
• The practice is located on the 1st floor (elevator available)

How to behave in an emergency:

• Keep calm
.
• Protect yourself: If necessary, put a muzzle on your dog. Be careful when handling cats. Carefully grab your pet with a blanket or towel and place it in a transport box.
• Consult a vet.
