Experience the magic of childhood

Since our launch in 2005, our heating and hot water have been CO2 neutral.
Since 2016, we have also been producing the electricity for the Zaubercheschte ourselves with a large PV system.
 

Our mission

Through our professional approach to caring for the children in our care, we are able to lovingly guide them toward independence, self-determination, and the development of social and emotional skills. Our educational partnership with parents is open, transparent, and appreciative.

 

We see and experience children as curious and competent individuals, whom we attentively accompany through childhood. A careful, structured settling-in period is designed to help children feel safe and included. To promote their development, we focus on individual and developmentally appropriate activities and on ensuring their physical and emotional well-being through loving and consistent caregivers.

 

Every child needs a place in society, and we support the acceptance of each individual through cultural diversity and stable, supportive communities. We encourage children in their language acquisition and communication through differentiated language, and we help them understand the inner and outer world through music, dance, painting, and design.

 

Daily outings in the great outdoors or on our playground provide stimulating and developmentally appropriate experiences and promote environmental and factual knowledge.

 

We ensure the children's physical well-being with regular, healthy meals and sufficient sleep, especially for the youngest children, as well as through careful personal hygiene.

 

Children form their first friendships with us, learn to be considerate of one another, and learn a lot from each other through playing together. Thanks to our large catchment area, children from Inwil, Buchrain, Eschenbach, Ballwil, Hochdorf, Lucerne, Ebikon, Dierikon, Root, Dietwil, Emmen, Emmenbrücke, Rothenburg, Cham, Zug, Baldegg, Gisikon, Honau, Urswil, Perlen, Rotkreuz, Beromünster, Rain, and many other towns come to enjoy the magic of childhood with us.

Appreciative cooperation within the team, with parents, and with specialist agencies enables us to work together to provide an enchanting education and development for the children.
