I have been working in the "world of movement" for more than twenty-five years and have been involved in antenatal and postnatal care for over sixteen years. During this time, I have been able to accompany countless women through this emotional and wonderful time. Through my own births, I was able to experience how valuable optimal birth preparation can be. "It has to come from the heart to have an effect on the heart." This sentence has been with me for a long time and I try to meet my clients with warmth of heart.
