I completed my training as a medical masseuse in 2002 and trained in foot reflexology, headache and migraine therapy, Breuss spinal mobilization, cupping therapy and Reiki.
In spring 2012, I enriched my knowledge with Power Plate training and training as a personal trainer. It was with great enthusiasm and conviction that I took over the Power Loft in June 2017.

I haven't let go of the Sensopro since I got to know it. I am amazed by the efficiency, precision and complexity of this device. It's a very simple way to improve coordination, balance and strength.
I find it important to combine my knowledge with my intuition. This allows us to achieve the optimum in training and relaxation together.
