Our apiary is located in Klosters in the beautiful Prättigau in the canton of Graubünden. Most of our bees are at home in Klosters, where they make their rounds and diligently collect honey. In 2011, we started with a large number of bee colonies and thus laid the foundation for Simi-s-Imi beekeeping.

In recent years, we have been able to propagate a large number of bee colonies ourselves. All our bees live in Dadant leaf hives. We breed the queens for our beekeeping ourselves and have them mated on site. As the saying goes, a beekeeping business stands and falls with its queen bees.

In 2016, Simon Grischott completed his training as a business consultant.

We have set ourselves the goal of developing our beekeeping exclusively in Graubünden. So that we can offer our customers a Swiss product that is as close to nature as possible. Of course, only the best is good enough for our customers.
