Today's Bau ART Team GmbH has its origins in the sole proprietorship Bau ART Team, Mario Petruzzi, founded in 1998.

As demand for the work to be carried out steadily increased, the question arose as to whether the team should be strengthened. Mario Petruzzi found the right partner in Urs Truninger, who had previously worked as a customer foreman for a local construction company.

On January 1, 2000, they founded the company that is now known as Bau ART Team GmbH. Mario Petruzzi left Bau ART Team GmbH at the end of 2024 to pursue new challenges.
