We are a boating school that offers driving lessons for motorboats - for the motorboat license - and sailboats - for the sailboat license. Our instructors will teach you on Lake Constance, usually from the Seegarten harbor in Kreuzlingen or from the Schlosshafen harbor in Arbon.

You can also obtain a boating license from us. We regularly conduct corresponding offshore training theory courses in the fall.

You will gain the necessary practical experience during our annual  vacation and training cruises in the Mediterranean or Caribbean.

Our instructors have extensive and many years of experience on the water and thus guarantee you solid nautical training in theory and practice.

The following is detailed information on the training areas offered:

 

• "A" theory and practice motorboats with engine power above 4.4 KW
• "D" Theory and practice sailboat with more than 12 m2 sail area
• "A" limited for sailboats under engine, with engine power over 4.4 KW

For sailing vessels with engines over 4.4 kW/6 hp, a "Category A" or "Category A limited" license is also required for sailing vessels with engine propulsion

• Emergency assistance courses (with ID)

• Nautical courses in navigation (also suitable as refresher without exam qualification)

• Gennaker training
• Rescue exercises, handling of life rafts and other rescue materials

The category A and D theory courses are held periodically. Practical driving lessons are arranged individually with the participants. The learning material is structured in such a way that it can be mastered through self-study. Should any questions or problems arise, our specialists will be happy to assist graduates.

Special courses such as heavy weather training and practical offshore training are usually held abroad. The corresponding venue will be determined with the partners and listed on the invitation to tender.
