Since its founding in 1983, Buholzer Batterien has established itself as a specialist in all types of batteries. The founder has been working in this industry for 40 years.

Our products and services are required in a wide variety of industries:

• Automotive industry (garages, auto electricians, taxi companies, gas stations)
• Construction and transport industry (batteries for commercial vehicles, construction machinery, traffic lights, etc.)
• Real estate (emergency power supplies, emergency lighting, security technology, solar systems)
• Industry/mountain railways (electric forklifts, electric vehicles, cleaning machines, snow groomers, etc.)
• Leisure (golf carts, golf caddies, sailing and motor boats, motor homes)
• Communication (batteries for radio equipment)
• Special applications (electric wheelchairs, electric hospital beds, computer carts for off-grid use, etc.)

Buholzer Batterien, based in Kriens, operates primarily throughout central Switzerland, but also carries out various special tasks in the rest of Switzerland. Its regional presence was ideally complemented in July 2003 by the acquisition of Roth+Berner GmbH in the Aarau region.
