Commercial Buildings TPC AG has been competently and successfully letting and managing its own properties in the Kriens (LU) and Stans (NW) area since 1986 in an ideal traffic location.

The locations and building concepts of our commercial properties allow for a wide range of possible uses. In Kriens, we are located in the middle of the Lucerne South development focus.

Because we are able to offer individual and tailor-made solutions (e.g. help with interior fittings) for our customers, we have an interesting tenant mix.

The satisfaction of our tenants and maintaining and increasing the value of our properties are at the heart of everything we do. Our tenant base has therefore changed little over the years.
