Coaching

What is coaching

Coaching makes sense if you want to develop, change or improve something, be it in your job, in your everyday life, in your relationship with other people,  in your behavior.

Coaching opens up new perspectives, reveals new possibilities for action and thus also solutions. This consciously strengthens your abilities and you gain a wide range of possibilities and shape your life in a self-determined way. You tap into new resources and see your potential for further development for success, happiness and well-being.

From my own experience, I know the low points that can happen to people on their journey through life and the feelings of sadness, anger, despondency and resignation they experience.

For this reason, I looked for new ways and successfully completed my training as a coaching and life counselor at the former "Haus zur Stille" monastery in Kappel in 2004.

My concept and methods for overcoming such life crises are: I don't dwell on the past but pick you up where you are right now and gently guide you forward into the future.

How does the coaching work

In a non-binding initial consultation (30 minutes), you will get to know me and my way of working. We will get to know each other, clarify your concerns, decide whether to work together and arrange appointments for the coaching session.

Daily, our body needs micronutrients in the form of:

• Proteins
• Vitamins
• Trace elements
• Herbs
• Minerals
•  Essential fatty acids
• Healthy meals Herbalife

which are absorbed by the intestinal villi in the small intestine and then processed in the human cells (cell nutrition).

Stress, infection, parasites, heavy fasting (FDH and steady diets), medication or chemical substances cause "energetic" damage to the intestinal villi over time and the micronutrients are no longer absorbed into the human cell system, even with increased intake.

This results in a micronutrient deficiency, which is further accentuated by an unbalanced diet (snacks, snack foods), the use of preservatives, fertilizers in cultivation and pollution of our atmosphere.

Result:

Even with a balanced diet and additional consumption of food supplements, not all essential micronutrients can be absorbed into our cellular system.

Consequence:

Stress, obesity, migraines, digestive problems, fatigue, are in most cases due to the lack of micronutrients and are therefore diet-related symptoms. In the long term, nutritional problems lead to serious diseases such as high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, diet-induced diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer.

Cell Nutrition actively helps to build up the intestinal villi thanks to its herbal components, so that the micronutrients consumed can also be effectively absorbed in our cellular system. The cells are thus properly nourished and regenerate (cell building).

With the cell nutrition program, the optimal supply of micronutrients to human cells is guaranteed (cell nutrition).

Overweight:

Cell nutrition achieves spectacular results in achieving and maintaining the ideal weight. Your body loses excess fat and builds muscle at the same time. This distinguishes the cellular nutrition program from the unhealthy "mini calorie diets" (FDH, pineapple diet, egg diet, shot diet, fasting diet and what they are all called!), in which the body usually only loses muscle tissue and water, but not fat!
