31 local farmers deliver excellent milk morning and night.
The quality of the milk, ultra-modern facilities and meticulous work in the purest respect for tradition enable the production of an excellent cheese.
Gruyère PDO is the main production, but other regional specialities (Brévinier, Gélinot des Prés) complete the range, as do several fondue blends.
Particular care has been taken to respect the environment, both for heating installations (local wood) and for product recovery and recycling.
