Crème renversante

Crème Renversante is a family-run artisan business that has been making caramel and chocolate since 2000. After several years of promoting our products at various retailers and participating in markets and trade shows, we realized our dream of opening our own chocolate bar on February 14, 2014. Our establishment offers a warm atmosphere with wooden beams and stone walls, comfortable chairs, and cozy sofas—everything you need to have a pleasant time. At Crème Renversante, you will feel right at home. We work with the seasons, which allows us to guarantee exceptional flavor quality. We therefore devote our summers to picking aromatic herbs and flowers, which we dry to flavor our sweets. During the winter, we choose to work with brandies and spices. The Henchoz family looks forward to meeting you and sharing their passion with you.

Since October 20, 2020, we have expanded and now offer a new store just a stone's throw from the bar, where you will find our original creations as well as various products from Swiss artisans.
