Crème renversante is an artisanal, family-run company that has been making caramel and chocolate since 2000. After several years promoting our products at various retailers and participating in markets and trade shows, we realized our dream of opening our own chocolate bar February 14, 2014. You'll find in our establishment a warm setting, with wooden beams and stone walls, comfortable chairs and cozy sofas, everything you need to spend a pleasant moment. At Crème Renversante, you'll feel right at home. We work with the seasons, which enables us to guarantee the exceptional quality of our flavors, so we devote our summers to picking aromatic herbs and flowers, which we dry to flavor our sweets. In winter, we prefer to work with eaux de vies and spices. The Henchoz family looks forward to meeting you and sharing their passion.

Since October 20, 2020, we've expanded and offer you a new store just a stone's throw from the bar where you'll find our original creations as well as various products from Swiss artisans.
