The ECOclub is for customers of ECOPHARMA and Aloha Concept Nature. Its goal is to strengthen relationships with customers and thank them regularly for their business.

BECOMING A MEMBER IS FREE AND EASY

If you already have ECOPASS, simply download the ECOPHARMA app and link it to your existing ECOPASS account. Otherwise, you can create an ECOPASS account for free, either through our teams or yourself on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. The main ECOPASS account can be accompanied by secondary accounts for children or spouses. This way, the whole family can share the benefits (points, loyalty vouchers, etc.).

POINTS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

You earn points on your ECOPASS account with every purchase made at ECOPHARMA and Aloha Concept Nature, and also with your reusable ECO bag. For every 200 points, you will receive a gift voucher worth CHF 10 to use on your next purchase.

With the ECOclub, every season is a celebration. You benefit from exclusive bonuses for the new season and special discounts on the birthdays of each member of your household. And throughout the year, ECOPRIX and ECObonus points can be accumulated on your ECOPASS account.

As soon as you join, you become an ECO member and quickly progress to BRONZE, then SILVER and eventually GOLD. At each of these levels, CLUB privileges and discounts are reserved for you; you can discover them on your smartphone, tablet or at home on your computer as you go along.
