INSULÆ IS A HOLDING born on October 1, 2012.

It brings together various companies linked to the construction field. Founded in 1983 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, "Menuiserie Radicchi & Steinweg" is at the origin of this development. Over the years, the company began buying up old buildings, selling them as condominiums or renting them out after renovation, before acquiring land for the construction of individual villas or apartment blocks. This led to the creation of Sareg, a general contractor and architectural firm, which was closely followed by various other companies: masonry and structural work, plastering and painting, joinery and carpentry, as well as management and brokerage.

At present, Sareg is a major player in the construction industry.

Insulæ and its subsidiaries currently employ no fewer than 140 people. The strength of this parent company, and by extension of all its affiliated companies, lies in the dynamic, mixed nature of its employees, who, while working in different fields and therefore with complementary skills, rub shoulders on a daily basis. From this stems a truly effective collaboration whose overall thrust is aimed at bringing the greatest possible customer satisfaction.

Group management, administration and human resources are centralized for greater efficiency and greater responsiveness.
