La Fromagerie des Chaux, located in the heart of the La Brévine Valley, has been run since 2003 by master cheesemaker Stéphane Menoud and his team.
Originally from the canton of Fribourg, he settled in the Neuchâtel mountains with his entrepreneurial spirit and respect for regional traditions.
His artisanal mountain cheese production allows him to use his expertise to promote the dairy production of some 23 farmers in the cooperative. Well established with his family in the region, he is a staunch supporter of the sporting and cultural activities of his adopted valley.
