Rudin Immobilier provides brokerage, property management, PPE administration, staging and tenant search services for rental property owners in the cantons of Vaud and Valais.

All properties - apartments or villas - are in the mid- to high-end segment. Thanks to an extensive network of contacts and an accurate estimate of the rental or sale price, properties find takers within a very short timeframe.

Anne Rudin has been active in the real estate market in French-speaking Switzerland for almost three decades, and benefits from a solid knowledge of real estate brokerage and management, acquired while working for a renowned agency on the Lake Geneva region. It was therefore only natural that she should use her experience and skills to set up her own agency in July 2019: Rudin Immobilier Sàrl. Anne Rudin's right-hand woman for over 12 years, Véronique Carusone has also joined the agency.

Since 2006, Anne Rudin has been a committee member of the Swiss Union of Real Estate Professionals Vaud (USPI Vaud). She was elected vice-president in 2015. Joining an association that defends the interests of the sector and applies rules and ethics is close to her heart, which is why Rudin Immobilier has been a member of the association since the beginning of 2020. Anne Rudin's involvement doesn't stop there, as she will also be in charge of management training with USPI formation from 2019. In parallel with these activities, she is an assessor for landlords at the Lausanne and Vevey Lease Tribunal, where she works to find solutions for stakeholders, giving priority to mediation with the presidents.
