Bakery and pastry shop in Laax since 1970
Since 1970, Pasternaria Romana SA has been delighting the Laax ski region in the canton of Graubünden with its bakery and confectionery products. The traditional company was founded by Reto and Anna-Rita Buchli. Since 1990, Aldo and Rita Buchli have been running the business in its second generation. As trained bakers and confectioners, we put our heart and soul into our work.
We are a lively seasonal business and employ 15-20 people depending on the season.
