Haus Harmonie

At Harmonie, we work and live according to the basic principles of a therapeutic and socio-educational community. It is important to us that each resident can regain the dignity that they may have lost during the course of their life.

Harmonie was founded in response to the question of what to do with people who had spent half their lives on the streets, whose lives were defined by addiction. People who had fallen out of every social framework, who had had enough of the stress of life on the streets but still did not want to or could not live without drugs (substitution), who had undergone countless withdrawals and attempts at therapy.

Occupation/daily structure
In the internal workshop, in the garden, and in our studio, we offer a varied daily program of activities tailored to individual needs. The work program is compulsory.

Daily structure

• Breakfast together (with daily schedule planning)
• Household chores (cleaning, cooking, shopping, etc.)
• Work in the internal workshop, house, and garden
• Lunch together
• Active leisure activities

Weekly structure

• Regular group and individual discussions
• Joint weekly planning
• Leisure activities
