FEES

NOTARY

Notaries are entitled to a fee for their work as public officials. The amount of the fees is regulated in the Notary Fees Ordinance.

For the notary's part-time activities, a fee is payable based on the time spent.

Upon request, we will be happy to inform you about the expected fees for notarization and the associated expenses and charges.

LAWYERS

The agreement with the client is decisive for the lawyer's fee. If there is no fee agreement, the tariff regulations of the Party Costs Ordinance apply. If necessary, we will check the requirements for free legal aid.
