FEE | HONORARIES

NOTARIAT

The notary is entitled to a fee for his work as a public notary. The amount of the fees is regulated in the Ordinance on Notarial Fees

For the notary's part-time activities, a fee is due based on the time spent. 

Upon request, we will be happy to inform you about the expected fees for a notarization and the associated expenses and charges.

ADVOCACY

The agreement with the client is decisive for the lawyer's fee. If there is no fee agreement, the tariff scale of the Party Costs Ordinance applies. If necessary, we will check the requirements for the free administration of justice.
