BOOK BINDING

An ancient craft combines modernity with tradition. With our extensive technical expertise and skills, using modern and classic materials and equipment, we give your orders the finish you want. We take great pleasure in our work  designing and processing your book binding requests, from simple document bindings to solid protocol or journal bindings and sophisticated parchment or leather bindings.

RRAMMING

Proper framing gives your art object the right look. In addition to supporting the artistic aspect, the technical requirements such as protection against ageing, light, moisture and breakage must also be taken into account.

Only the right frame, together with the appropriate passe-partout and the right glass, will show your picture to its best advantage. A well-framed picture is protected from harmful environmental influences for many years. The choice of material plays a decisive role here.

We only use age-resistant, museum-grade materials for the passe-partout and picture background. By using anti-reflective special glass or anti-reflective museum glass, the colors of the framed picture are reproduced in full brilliance. Museum glass also absorbs 97% of the UV rays that are harmful to the picture. Be surprised by the large selection of frames and the many design options.

Professional presentation and optimum image protection are characteristics of professional framing. We specialize in mounting and framing handmade tapestries. 

Mounting in large format on various substrates - no problem for us

Mounting

Mounting is used wherever plans, maps, posters, tables, pictures and much more are to be presented for exhibitions, in offices, in shop windows and in living rooms. Special requirements are made where a product is hung outdoors.

Most mounting work is carried out on our mounting machine with a working width of up to 135 cm. We use an age-resistant polyester film with acrylate adhesive. We mount on cardboard, wood fiberboard (MDF), waterproof forex boards, foamboard, Dibond or aluminum plates in various thicknesses.

On request, the mounted work can also be protected from dust and moisture with PVC film. The works coated in this way can be written on with appropriate felt-tip pens.

A special type of mounting is the mounting of family trees. Fabric is used here as a robust carrier material. This can be both rolled and folded.

Our mounting service is fast, reliable and professional. Mounting is cost-effective protection and perfect presentation at the same time.

PRINTING / COPYING / SCANNING

The world is colorful. Your documents, invitations, flyers, posters, programs, photos, printed advertising material, menus, instructions for use, presentations or plans can also be colourful.

We fulfill (almost) all wishes. Whether you send us your print and copy requests in the form of a paper template, on a USB stick or by e-mail, we are able to implement them on paper in many different ways. Enlarge, reduce, multiple images or just sections of a template - everything is possible. Now also in white print (link). Of course also in black and white. Thanks to the latest technology in outstanding quality, full-surface up to format 32x120cm.

Should the printed or copied work also be cut, folded, punched, drilled or glued? We have a lot to offer in our bookbindery (Link Buchbinderei). Ask us, we will be happy to show you what is possible.

We also offer transparent and presentation films A4 for overhead projection, black/white and color.

Whether paper, cardboard, fabric or leather - we have many different materials in stock.

  Is precise material cutting a problem? We can help here too. We have the necessary infrastructure for the precise preparation of all materials. Materials and advice from a specialist store will get you further.

• Images
  Are you looking for a specific image, a suitable graphic for indoor use? We will be happy to help you. You can pick up the picture catalog from our studio and keep it for two to three days for viewing. You can then take your time at home to choose the picture or poster you want, which we will obtain for you and frame if you wish.
  We have numerous original lithographs in stock by the well-known painter Fred Baumann from Dürrenroth. We would be happy to show you the beautiful prints. Let yourself be enchanted by the light and the intense colors of these pictures. Create a sense of well-being with your favorite pictures.
