Welcome to Kaminfegerei Hiltbrunner GmbH, a company founded in 1983, which is now managed by Stefan Hiltbrunner in the second generation and which fulfills an important task, not only in the Emmental, but also far beyond.

For example, I'm also a wood combustion and fire protection specialist, a fire inspector for oil, gas and wood heating systems and a ventilation cleaning specialist."

I am proud of my often long-standing employees, who I can deploy in a variety of ways. From my side, this means that I am committed to their further training and also invest a lot of time in apprentice training.

Our contract distillery, particularly popular with gourmets.

With the only mobile contract distillery far and wide, we travel through the Emmental from March to October and refine your fruit.

This line of business was born out of our commitment not to let a tradition cultivated over generations die out. As chimney sweeps, we are ideally suited to this profession, as we know how to technically operate and maintain a distillery and have undergone further training in fruit distillation at the cantonal horticultural school in Oeschberg. Our contract distiller with many years of experience ensures a particularly fine taste.

Blacknose sheep: Made for the Emmental!

Admit it: Sheep farming is the Hiltbrunner family's hobby. Even the boss's grandparents and parents kept sheep. He enthusiastically feeds, mucks out and now also watches the flock: "For me, this is the best balance to my professional work, which takes up all my time."

We breed the black-nosed sheep, which originates from Upper Valais. It is becoming more and more popular and in demand in Üsserschwiiz. This certainly has something to do with its original appearance.
