Jorge Cardoso is a master chocolatier of Portuguese origin, recognized as one of the best in the world in his field. Based in Lausanne since 2023, he has taken over the Anghern chocolate factory, located on rue Pichard 11 in the Flon district, to express his passion and exceptional expertise.

Twice world champion (2018 and 2022) at the Culinary World Cup, he was also bronze medallist at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon in 2017.

In his Lausanne boutique, Jorge Cardoso offers high-end creations such as refined pralines, artistic chocolate sculptures and unique pieces inspired by his sporting passions. His iconic works include life-size sculptures of Roger Federer and St. Nicholas, created with over 150 kg of chocolate and more than 280 hours of labor.

The boutique is open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6:30pm, Saturday 9am to 12:30pm and 1pm to 5pm, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
