Fixed and temporary placement

To get started :
Our recruitment process begins with a careful review of every application we receive. We then meet with these people for an interview which allows us to establish the candidate's profile according to their skills, qualities and personality.

Profile building :
When possible, we take references from one or more of his or her former employers. We then draw up a detailed profile of the candidate. At the request of our customers or spontaneously, we send the various profiles to companies who rely on the quality of our files.

Agreement and finalization :
As soon as the company confirms the employee's commitment to us, we prepare the contract and any administrative documents he may need. We provide the safety equipment needed to perform the job professionally, and send the rental contracts to the company. In most cases, we accompany the employee to the meeting place on the first day.

Monitoring and management of the temporary worker:
On signing the contract, the temporary worker receives time sheets and pre-stamped envelopes, which must be returned to us every week duly signed by the customer and by himself. On the basis of this report, we draw up the employee's payslip and the customer's invoice. If required, and at the temporary worker's request, we prepare and send home the documents needed for unemployment or permit applications, as well as for any other administrative purposes. At any time, the temporary worker or the company can contact us to answer any questions they may have. They can rely on our team to respond quickly and support them in all their dealings.
