Passionate about humans and their capacity to transform everything, I primarily accompany women going through transitions to rediscover the clarity, direction and meaning that guides them towards their new stage of life.

Through the application of the principles of Ayurvedic medicine, as well as therapeutic, Ayurvedic and perinatal care, I help women to love and strengthen their bodies, balance their emotions and align their intentions so that they transform their lives in their own image. 

More than 18 years' experience in therapeutic helping relationships has led me to provide personalized care to the always unique being who meets me, and to offer the keys to understanding useful in their evolutionary process. My holistic approach to prevention and health includes parenting support workshops, helping to increase the bonds of love between parents and children.

Since 2017 I've been practicing at Centre les Joies d'Avalon, a space dedicated to health, well-being and personal development that I co-created with a friend. There I support adults and children in their life transitions and marvel at seeing the integrity unfold in them that participates in the vibration of harmony within themselves and with their environment.
