Our services
Rental
The Leasing Department monitors rental leases, handles terminations, finds new tenants, concludes new leases and draws up entry and exit inventories.
The rigorous application of lease law enables us to limit to the strict minimum the disputes that can arise from increasingly complex regulations and case law.
Technology and renovation
The mission of the Technical Department is to ensure the day-to-day upkeep of the buildings entrusted to our management. In regular contact with concierges, it ensures that common areas are kept in good repair, that emergencies are dealt with quickly and that periodic renovation work is planned. In collaboration with the Rental Department, it orders and monitors maintenance and refreshment work on rented apartments and premises.
The Technical Department also handles planning and financial, technical and administrative management of major works: complete apartment renovations, exterior envelope renovations (roofing, facades, windows), replacement of technical equipment (elevators, ventilation, boiler rooms).
PPE administration
As part of its role as condominium administrator, PRIVAMOB skillfully and persistently convenes, chairs and acts as secretary to general meetings.
PRIVAMOB also takes care of implementing and monitoring the decisions voted. PRIVAMOB also manages common services and provides routine building maintenance.
In collaboration with the delegates, PRIVAMOB is also responsible for the management and maintenance of the buildings.
In collaboration with PPE delegates, PRIVAMOB draws up annual budgets and plans periodic maintenance and renovation work.
Accounting
The hub of the company, the Accounting Department manages all financial flows passing through PRIVAMOB.
In particular, it monitors rent collection, pays invoices and draws up heating and ancillary expense statements for tenants.
For landlords, he draws up quarterly management statements and pays out the disposable income.
Finally, he handles litigation.
Sales and appraisals
Whether for sale, a division or as part of an estate transfer, PRIVAMOB establishes an estimate of your property as close as possible to its market value.
