SD Construction carries out new construction, renovation or conversion work. The general management of the operation and the management of the work are carried out by SD Construction employees, while the actual work is carried out by third-party contractors.

The scope of its mandate is decided by mutual agreement with the project owner according to its expectations; these fall into two distinct options:

1. Global performance (contracting): general assumption of responsibility for the project in the capacity of EG or ET
