WUSHU:
Wushu is a generic term representing all internal or external Chinese martial arts. In Europe, since the 1970s, we usually use the word "Kung Fu" or "Gong Fu".
SANDA (Chinese kickboxing) :
Sanda (Sanshou) is a fighting style that allows the use of all the foot and fist techniques found in all martial arts and combat sports. Projections are the distinctive feature of the Chinese fighting art, which also makes it special.
KICKBOXING:
Kick boxing is a combat sport that combines all the leg techniques with those of English boxing.
ENGLISH BOXING:
English boxing is also called the noble art. English boxing is a combat sport in which two opponents, of the same weight category, meet in a ring, equipped with padded gloves to limit the risk of cuts.
TAI JI:
Tai chi is one of the internal styles with successions of slow, supple movements. Tai chi improves coordination, balance, concentration and develops supple, dynamic strength.
QI GONG:
Chi gong or chi-kung is a traditional discipline and science of breathing.

The Chinese lion dance is intended to ward off evil spirits and bring happiness, prosperity for the coming year. (Ditto for the dragon dance.
