Alp’Sports Thérapies is pleased to offer a fitness room that is accessible to everyone. This space, equipped with Technogym equipment, allows everyone to develop their physical abilities in the areas of endurance, muscle strengthening, proprioception-coordination, and flexibility.

The "my wellness system" monitoring system, a recent innovation from Technogym, offers effective and fun training with computer-assisted monitoring of results and personal progress. Using a Technogym key, you can adjust the settings on the machines and follow your training programs, which are defined after basic instruction from an Alp'Sports Thérapies employee. This method makes training sessions simple, intuitive, and safe, offering motivating interaction between the equipment and its users.

Finally, a sauna is available for you to relax in after intense training sessions.
