Pas de prise en compte de la globalité du patient (habitudes de vie, antécédents etc). L’ophtalmologue dit d’appeler en cas de question mais la réception vous dit qu’elle ne prend pas les appels et que tout se passe par e-mail alors que… vous avez un problème aux yeux?! Je pense que l’équipe est mal coordonnée et a du mal à gérer la charge de travail, ce qui se ressent dans la qualité de l’accompagnement humain.
