Les podologues du Lignon welcome you from Monday to Saturday in a podiatry practice of excellence to offer you optimal care in podologyas well as in pedicuria.

Our podiatry practice benefits from the expertise and collaboration with the Centre de Médecine du Sport du CHUVwhere our podiatrist Sylvain Laugier consults on Mondays. This center of the DAL (department of the musculoskeletal system) is labeled Swiss Olympic Médical Center.

We are both recognized by the compulsory insurance scheme as part of the 100% reimbursement of pedicure treatments carried out for diabetic patients.

Gaiting and running pathologies

During each consultation we carry out a thorough clinical examination in line with the patient's reasons for consultation. A baropodometric analysis enables us to establish a complete and precise podiatry assessment in order to propose treatment advice as well as fitting with different types of foot orthotics.

We treat the following pathologies:

- Periostitis - Patellofemoral syndrome - Patellar tendonitis - Iliotibial band syndrome - Crow's foot tendonitis - Sesamoiditis - Achilles tendonitis - Fatigue fracture - Tarsal tunnel - Plantar fasciitis - Metatarsalgia - Tibial tendonitis posterior/anterior - Diabetic offloading insoles

Orthopedic inserts or plantar supports are made by us and covered by complementary insurance.

Pedicure care

We treat a wide range of plantar pathologies and pain  both in the office and at home:

Incubated nails - Mycoses - Corns - Durillons - Cracks - Hyper-pressures - plantar keratoses - diabetic feet - Healing of diabetic ulcers

Techniques used:

Orthoplasty - Orthonyxis (titanium thread) - Onychoplasty (nail regrowth) - Silicone wicking
