Machine à café stockée lui durant 2 mois

Voulant privilégier un artisan local, avons fait appel à ses services pour réparer l'ustensile. Après 3 semaines, on prend des nouvelles. Réponse: les pièces ne se font plus pour cet appareil... On trouve ce modèle en vente en Suisse depuis 2 ans... On envoi l'adresse du fournisseur afin de trouver la pièce. Résultat: n'a jamais commandé la pièce pour la réparation et la machine n'est toujours pas réparée et on ignore la panne!
