Tessinois, baguette, half-white, black, peasant, as well as a range of wholemeal breads and special or seasonal breads, that's no less than twelve types of bread that come out of our oven every day. Not forgetting balloons, milk rolls, butter croissants and chocolate croissants.

We also produce the famous Toétché which has earned the distinction  "Spécialité du Canton du Jura"

In patisserie, we still make the traditional mille-feuilles, caracs, éclairs and tarts.  We also offer  trendy and original desserts such as: fruit mousses, parfaits, Eugénie and St-Honoré and many more!!
