Baby Floating

In whirlpools specially designed for babies, your baby will feel weightless again, just like in mom's belly. Floating has a beneficial effect on the digestive system, mobility and fine motor skills, as well as relaxing the autonomic nervous system.

Each baby floats in their own whirlpool for between 20 - 30 minutes.

Baby massage group courses

In a small group of 2 - 4 moms / dads or pairs of parents, you will learn how to massage your baby's whole body step by step under the guidance of our certified IAIM baby massage course instructors. As parents, you will perform the strokes directly on your baby yourself, as baby massage not only has many positive health benefits but also strengthens and promotes bonding with your baby.

Baby massage stimulates blood circulation, relaxes muscles, stimulates hormones, the immune system and circulation. Motor development and digestion are promoted by gentle massage techniques that we give you along the way. Tension, constipation and discomfort can be relieved. Baby massage can have a positive effect on babies who cry a lot or have colic. The bond with the baby is strengthened and emotional tension can be relieved. Our vision is primarily to strengthen the bond between child and parents and thus have a long-term and sustainable positive influence on the child's development.

Yoni Steam

The steam bath for your yoni. Yoni Steam is an ancient method of supporting female health through steam baths. For centuries, yoni steaming has been used around the world as a healing ritual and especially in postnatal care. Steaming is intended for healthy women, or a healthy yoni, who are not suffering from acute complaints. The so-called steam bath can have a positive and healing effect on menstrual cramps, irregular menstrual cycles, sexual trauma or even in preparation for childbirth or in the postpartum period (only in consultation with the midwife). Celebrate your femininity.
