Craniosacral work enhances and refines body awareness, and the cerebrospinal fluid moves the bones and affects every other anatomical structure.

The rhythms of the midline are created by the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid that circulates between the meninges and the dural membranes.

I listen to the rhythms of the midline together with the patient. From the center and from the inside out, we create space. Space for health. Original health is inherent and present in every person.

In craniosacral therapy, space is created - space for remembering and the possibility of finding this original health again.

Individual supervision, case supervision:
With the help of supervision, an individual person seeks and finds new ways of seeing, perspectives
and possibilities for thinking, acting and being with professional and/or personal
concerns. A specific case, a specific situation can be the subject of individual supervision.

Student craniosacral therapists can look at a professional
content with the help of supervision.

Basics of supervision/group supervision
This form of supervision is particularly suitable for therapists of all disciplines who are interested in
theory, practical exercisesand their own supervision.

I offer group supervision in which the theoretical "Fundamentals of Supervision" and
some discussion techniques are taught. Everything that is learned in the "basics of supervision"
theoretically is practiced in detail in the practical part, based on the concerns that the
participants bring in.

Traditionally, supervision is based on language. Language is the main medium in
supervision. Thus, language development, the beginning of listening, the art of
listening and, of course, speaking itself are also included in the "Fundamentals of Supervision".
In addition, various conversation and supervision techniques are taught in theory and practice
and, above all, practised in detail using examples provided by the participants.

A limited number of new participants can join an existing group at any time.

New groups are formed as required.

What is supervision...
Supervision is the best way to maintain balance in the demanding profession of therapy
and to retain and even deepen enjoyment of the profession.

Supervision promotes new perspectives for mastering professional tasks, supports
reflection in professional action and enables professional and personal growth.
The goals of supervision are change, development and growth.

Supervision can be used as individual supervision/case supervision and as the basis of
supervision/group supervision. (individuals, groups, teams).

In my practice I use standard supervision techniques. I also like to work with creative techniques, both linguistically and creatively.
Acting reveals all the possibilities we have at the moment. In acting, conscious and unconscious parts can be
recognized particularly well and these parts can also be
changed, and that is the best thing about it: playfully.
