PRESTATIONS
Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations

We advise on, study and design heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations for buildings of all kinds (villas, apartment blocks, offices, shops, etc...) whether they are new constructions or renovations. Our heightened sensitivity to the problems of global warming means that we give priority to studying projects from an ecological point of view.

Thermal balance of your building

We carry out a complete thermal balance of your building simply by analyzing your gas, oil, water and electricity bills. This information enables us to calculate your building's energy index, which will serve as a benchmark against the target values set by the Swiss Confederation. In order to locate weak points in your building's envelope, we can also carry out thermography.

Carbon balance for your building or business

The carbon balance for your building or business can be carried out in addition to the thermal balance. Also calculated on the basis of your gas, oil, water and electricity bills, it provides us with information on the quantity of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere by the occupation of your building or the operation of your business. In other words, the results obtained tell us what impact your technical installations or processes are having on the environment.
Eco-Building Concept is a service provider authorized to carry out a carbon footprint according to the ADEME (Agence de l'Environnement et de la Maîtrise de l'Energie) method.
